At the beginning of every week (Sunday), participants received an email with instructions for that week.

At the end of every week (Saturday), participants checked in so we knew they were on track with the challenge.

At the end of Month (Sunday April 30), everyone who regularly checked in every week for the entire month, was entered into a drawing to win prizes!
